Following this week's Management Board and a previous Cricket & Registration sub-committee meeting, a decision has been made on the structure of the 2024 Graham Williamson Trophy.

The Management Board had some serious concerns following last season's competition which was badly hit by weather and especially the knock-on impact of the ECB National Club Competition now having two preliminary rounds played during mid/late April.

Having consulted with a good number of member clubs and in particular current captains and players we have reluctantly decided that the competition is not viable in its traditional format.

The 2024 Graham Williamson Trophy will therefore be contested by the 2023 Division One and Two champions Moseley and West Bromwich Dartmouth.

The match will be played at Moseley CC on Saturday April 13th 2024.
Playing regulations and rules for this match will be unchanged from 2023.

We are willing to further review the format of the competition for 2025 should sufficient number of our member clubs approach us.

Hopefully this allows plenty of time for clubs to arrange suitable pre-season friendlies ahead of the first round of league action on Saturday April 20th.
