Attock and Milford Hall are in pole position to claim the two available promotion places to the 2026 BDPCL with one round of play-off action remaining.
After Saturday's double abandonment, the Warwickshire and South Staffs league champions respectively claimed impressive away wins over Stourport and Wellington 24 hours later.
And as a result both clubs now have eyes firmly fixed on reaching the 33 league point mark which will secure promotion when they meet on neutral turf at WB Dartmouth next Saturday.

While the victorious club at Sandwell Park are guaranteed a return to ECB Premier League cricket, in defeat four bonus points would suffice for Attock while Milford Hall require five.
Should next Saturday's vanquished side fail to reach the 33-point threshold they can be caught by the winner of the Stourport v Wellington clash which is being played at Smethwick. Net run rate will determine who clinches the second promotion berth in the event that two clubs finish level on league points.
Omar Ali proved Attock's match winner in Worcestershire, but unusually it was with the ball rather than in his more regularly-seen role as a destructive opening batter.
Having lost the toss in damp conditions the Moseley-based visitors did well to battle their way to 217-6.
But with third-wicket pair Oliver Uffindall (36) and Jamie Brighton (32) going well, the hosts were then well-placed at 91-2 before Ali's dramatic intervention.
The off-spinner dismissed both in quick succession before returning later to mop up the tail and finish with 4-30 from ten tidy overs.
With pacy Pakistani pro Bilawal Bhatti also grabbing three scalps in his second spell, Stourport lost their last eight wickets for 36 while crashing to 127 all out.
Earlier, opener Arsalaan Mahmood (37) and former Halesowen batter Mo Ishtiaq (59) grafted their way through a testing opening hour against two more ex-BDPCL performers in Uffindall and Ryan Derrick.
This allowed ex-Ombersley pro Rizwan Hussain (46) and Bhatti, whose cameo 33-ball 44 contained three sixes, to provide very effective late acceleration.

Milford Hall's win on a glorious day under the Wrekin followed a similar pattern with spinner Aaron Afford (pictured) the man who put the boot into Wellington.
He claimed four middle-order wickets at a personal cost of 27 from eight excellent overs as the home side's pursuit of 256 slumped from 51-1 to 57-8 before finally ending in the 35th over at 120.
Tall opener Luke Goring initially looked likely to pose the Staffs outfit some serious questions as he smashed two huge sixes in the opening overs.
But his run out for 32 came in the middle of a collapse which was as unlikely as it was dramatic against a visiting attack in which skipper Jordan Bulpitt and Chris Dean provided Afford with good support.
Like Attock, Milford Hall's top-order had earlier been required to work hard in the early stages after being given first use of a grassy surface.
And this cleared the way for Sri Lankan import Sanjula Bandara (64) and Niall McHale (42) to add 79 for the third wicket.
Will Davis then took over to play the innings of the day which eventually was worth 67 from 66 balls with four boundaries and two sixes as his team added 82 from the closing ten overs.
Oliver Smith who bowled two excellent spells for Wellington claimed 4-39.
